THE IFFFB FILM HUB – Frequently asked Questions:

“Where do I go when I arrive?”

If you arrive on Wednesday 19 October, we will be ready to give you your badges at 6PM in the lobby of the Crowne Plaza Hotel Brussels – Le Palace. This is the location of MEET THE FILMMAKERS.

If you arrive on Thursday or after please report to our HOSPITALITY table located in the lobby of the ground floor of the Crowne Plaza Brussels – Le Palace.  All of our events are hosted on the Ground, 1st and 2nd floor of the hotel.


A VIP Filmmakers Lounge, located in the Klimt lounge area of, Crowne Plaza Brussels – Le Palace hotel will be available for your use Thursday, Friday and Saturday.



We are getting a lot of questions about promotional materials.

PRIOR TO EVENT– Please send posters/postcards promoting your film to:

Please  bring them along with you to the event.


The posters/postcards MUST contain the venue, date and time of your screening or they will be discarded.


DURING EVENT- Due to strict policies about promotional materials in the venue we are unable to post posters on the walls. Many filmmakers have found pop ups a great way promote their screening.

Tables will be provided out side each room for placing marketing materials as well as the main box office adjacent to the ballroom.


    Curated sessions is organised by Fashion Film Consultant, Nico Montanari throughout the event.

    A moderator will facilitate the Q&A sessions. Sometimes audiences get very excited and have lots and lots of really great questions. Since we do have to keep to our schedule the host will direct you to another site close by afterward to continue your discussion.

  2. We offer a range of tickets and when ordering online, you will get a personalised receipt with your choice of events. You can pick up all access badges for each event selected, starting on Wednesday at 4pm and throughout the week at the Hospitality desk in the lobby of the Crowne Plaza Brussels – Le Palace Hotel. They will also be available at the Filmmaker Luncheon at 10:30am on Thursday, 20 October in the Hospitality Desk at the hotel.

WE NEED YOUR HELP after October 10 we are putting up posters and distributing postcards.  Please help us to help you, by getting in touch with us at marketing@ifffb.com to arrange obtaining marketing materials for your posse to spread around town.
